The Canadian Taxpayers Federation operates this site for the campaign to encourage a Yes vote on Question 7 in Alberta’s October 19, 2026 referendum.
What we collect
If you pledge your vote, sign up for updates, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, Alberta postal code, phone number (if you provide it), and any message you send.
How we use it
We use your information only to run this campaign: sending referendum reminders and campaign updates you asked for, and responding to media or supporter inquiries. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep campaign records as long as needed for the referendum and reasonable follow-up, then delete or anonymize them when no longer required.
Third parties
We may use email and analytics providers to operate this site. Those vendors process data under their own privacy terms when you interact with their services.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete your information, or unsubscribe from emails, by contacting us through the contact page.
Changes
We may update this policy as the campaign or legal requirements change. The current version is always posted on this page.
